Why am I not losing weight? Please help! 10 pts so easily!?

weight watchers is not a good program to follow. you need to create life-changing eating habits on your own. when it comes to exercise, you burn more calories if you have the treadmill at a high incline rather than run on it. you need to do the stair stepper for longer than 6 minutes. also don't stop exercising when you're not at the gym. incorporate exercise in your every day life, use the stairs instead of elevator. go for a walk. be active, not only at the gym, but in every day life.
