What kind of beer do you recommend for me?

What you like is the pale lager/pilsner type. Try some of the adjunct free European varieties - warsteiner premium verum (not dunkel) is a good one, as well as pilsner urquell. There's also another pilsner type called Kolsch you may enjoy - my personal favorite is heiner brau, a microbrewery in Covington, LA, but that isn't widely available. Good luck.
