Do Swedish or Serbian sound like any of the Chinese languages?

Apparently they are tonal languages, so I was wondering if Swedes and Serbs would sound like Chinese people when they spoke their language, and speak with a Chinese-esque accent if they try to speak English as non-natives. Is this true?
