Do you think the Amy pregnancy scan ie the pregnant, not pregnant, pregnant is due to a paradox she initiated when she shot and in act didn't miss the little girl. The girls regeneration and the fact the universe is intact may also be part of some sort of tardis paradox defence mechanism
