How do i find the owners of these dogs? for information?

I cant answer your question but I would like to give you some advice for the future. Don't buy dogs. Do you know how many beautiful animals have to be put down every day? Registerd dogs mean nothing when it comes down to having a loyal companion. AKC dogs are no more trainable than Mutts , many of them are worse. why do you need the papers any way? trying to breed dogs for money? thats an old world decadence that we all (should) know better that to do now days. just my two cents.
