MY DOG HAS AN UNUSUAL GAIT.. WALKS AS IF HE'S WET HIS PANTS ?

My dog has a really unusual gait, he's 12 months old, doesnt appear to be in pain but the best way I can describe his movement is that he walks like he's wet his pants, any ideas ?
