Vegetarians please help me...AGAIN! :)?

You would be better off to do away with all animal products if you can. There is a lot of fat and hormones in dairy products too. You don't need milk and eggs. There is protein in nuts, seed, legumes and veges. Make sure you get vitamin C so you body can absorb the nutrients in you food you eat. If cows can live on gr, I'm sure we don't need to eat meat, fish, chicken, eggs or dairy. Other than that, your diet looks good.
